Meet Tyler Weaver
Maintenance Supervisor
Maintenance Supervisor
Having always loved to work with his hands, Tyler started his maintenance career at the age of 15. After graduating from high school in 2010, Tyler joined the Marine Corps. While serving in 3rd Battalion 1st Marines, Tyler completed a MEU in 2011 before deploying to Afghanistan in 2012 in support of OEF. After leaving the Marine Corps in 2014, Tyler faced adversity through addiction and homelessness.
After participating in the Veterans of America program, Tyler renewed his passion for maintenance by transitioning to multifamily housing as a groundskeeper. Working his way up the maintenance ladder Tyler found success as a maintenance supervisor by always being willing to learn new things and pass along the knowledge he has already gained to the next generation of maintenance technicians.
Over the last decade Tyler has honed his maintenance skills in the multifamily housing community. Whether it be HUD, section 8, low income, or market rate housing Tyler has never lost his passion for trying to make a difference everyday by doing the simple things that truly make a community a great place to live. When not working to better his community Tyler can be found at home with his wife and four children or even out on his motorcycle enjoying the open road.
