Promise Home

Located at 313 Read Street, Promise Home provides permanent supportive housing (PSH) for formerly homeless individuals. Offering 27 one-bedroom apartments, Promise Home provides an on-site Case Manager and Resident Assistant, a laundry facility, a security system to keep residents safe, as well as a community space dedicated to resident education opportunities.

The Promise Home building was completed and placed into service in 2024.
