Meet Sarah Wolf

Sarah Wolf has been helping people who are experiencing homelessness for more than 30 years. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Murray State University. Since then she has worked in every area of the housing continuum of care: The Mental Health Center; Street Outreach, Emergency Shelter, and Supportive Housing. In 2020, Sarah was awarded NASW Social Worker of the Year by the State of Indiana. Consequently, the former Mayor of Evansville, IN named July 10th as “Sarah Wolf Day.” Sarah continues to be a hero🦸‍♀️, rockstar 🤩🤘, and warrior🦾 for those experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity in our community.

In her “time off,” you can find Sarah tie dying, going to concerts, hanging out with her son, Samuel, or playing with her 3 dogs: Lucy, Betty, & LuLu,  and her cat, Juju.
