Meet Pat Bateman

Pat Bateman joined ECHO Housing in 2017 as the Development Director. Pat’s responsibilities include working closely with a variety of donors, creating a respectful reputation for ECHO Housing, build new donor relationships while maintaining ongoing ones, and grant applications.

Prior to ECHO Housing, Pat served as the Development Director for the Girl Scouts of Southwest Indiana, Director of the Welborn Children’s Center, and Director of Children’s Programs and Grants Officer at the University of Southern Indiana.

Pat’s career, from teacher to administrator, has focused on children and enhancing their well-being. Pat is an undergraduate of Indiana University and completed her graduate work at Butler University.
