Meet Mindy Youngs

Program Manager Lucas Place

Mindy Youngs has been with ECHO Housing and Community Development since the beginning of 2023. She came to us from the Vanderburgh County Corrections Department. She started at ECHO as the Case Manager for Lucas Place II and has now been promoted to the Program Manager of Lucas Place.
