The Promise Home at 313 Read Street provides 27 one-bedroom apartments for chronically homeless adults, offering stable, permanent supportive housing.

Opened in summer 2024, it features on-site case management, goal planning, and wraparound support to restore dignity and self-sufficiency.

Amenities include an on-site Case Manager and Resident Assistant, a laundry facility, a security system for safety, and a community space for education and growth.
