Permanent supportive scattered-site housing for formerly homeless individuals
Permanent supportive scattered-site housing for formerly homeless individuals
EHC provides community-based supportive housing for formerly homeless individuals through our New Start and Renaissance 16 programs. A scattered-site supportive housing model provides additional benefits, beyond housing, to our participants such as community inclusion and the ability to self-determine what neighborhood they live in. With 48 units of supportive housing throughout the community, these participants often forge new relationships with their neighbors and develop a strong sense of community, which helps to foster long-term housing stability. Participants receive weekly visits from their case manager, who provides individualized supportive services designed to set the table for long-term success.
