Garvin Lofts

Garvin Lofts is the first permanent supportive housing program in Indiana for those experiencing chronic homelessness and medical vulnerability. EHC partners with Echo Medical to provide on-site medical services weekly to the residents. Garvin Lofts is a beautiful, adaptive reuse of a historic Evansville building, that houses 27 one-bedroom apartments and on-site supportive services. The residents get to enjoy the spacious community area, TV lounge, and outdoor serenity space with gazebo.
