Permanent Supportive Housing

Permanent Supportive Housing provides income-based permanent housing with rental assistance and supportive services to help households that have at least one member (adult or child) with a disability/barrier in achieving housing stability.

    Lucas Place provides permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless families with minor children.

  • LUCAS PLACE II

    Permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless veterans

  • NEW START & RENAISSANCE 16

    The New Start and Renaissance 16 programs provide permanent supportive, scattered-site housing to formerly homeless individuals.

  • GARVIN LOFTS

    Garvin Lofts is the first permanent supportive housing program in Indiana for those experiencing chronic homelessness and medical vulnerability.

  • PROMISE HOME

    Promise Home provides 27 – one-bedroom apartments for formerly homeless adults, prioritizing those who have been chronically homeless.
